Hold Me Closer Tiny Dancer

I danced for 10 years of my life.. ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop. I was even captain of the dance team in high school. Although I'm not in classes anymore, I'm always the first person to hit the dance floor. My dance background definitely has an impact on my wardrobe choices. I tend to gravitate towards tulle, sequins, and ballet flats reminiscent of my old dance costumes.

I love this 2008 Vogue Germany editorial with the ever-so-graceful Karlie Kloss.

  2. Pretty! I've always envied dancers their grace and poise; even when they stop dancing, years later, it still shows in how they carry themselves.

  18. I admire dancers so much because I know it takes more than skills to conquer the stage and the dancefloor, without looking like you are on the verge of a panic attack. I love to dance as well and had been a part of our high school cheerleading squad. I am eyeing that lovely black skirt and I know by tomorrow, I will be scouring the mall for something like that. LOL.

  19. I am OBSESSED with ballet! I went twice here in Paris and just died each time. My biggest regret in life is to never have had the courage to take lessons, i think it will haunt me forever.
